Outpatient treatments
The costs of outpatient examinations and treatments are covered by compulsory health insurance for all persons insured in Switzerland.
The deductible stipulated in the insurance contract and the compulsory excess (10%) are not covered. In the case of restricted insurance models (e.g. "family doctor model"), a referral from the family doctor is required.
Inpatient treatment, hospital stays and rehabilitation
The attending physician and our team discuss and organize the in-patient treatment, the appropriate hospital stay and the optimal rehabilitation with each patient individually.
The assumption of costs for inpatient treatment and hospital stays depends on the insurance model. If patients have supplementary insurance (semi-private or private), the inpatient costs will be covered by the health insurance company (less deductible) after approval of the costs.

International patients
For patients resident abroad, the assumption of costs for outpatient and inpatient treatment must be clarified in advance with the respective health insurance company.
